Young violin faculty member in the Orchestral Department of Wuhan Conservatory of Music, Secretary of the String Teachers’ Party Branch, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Hubei String Society of the Hubei Musicians Association.
She studied at Wuhan Conservatory of Music, the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore, and the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, under Professors Li Guo, Qian Zhou, and Cho-Liang Lin.


In recent years, she has participated in multiple research projects, including the educational development and demonstration CD publication of Chinese Red Classical String Quartets under the Chu String Quartet ideological and political music program, as well as Reflections and Innovation on Students’ Stage Practice in Teaching.
She has released Duan Jing Violin Solo Album and published a number of academic papers.
She has actively taken part in domestic and international exchange and training projects, such as the 2017 European Orchestra Exchange and Cooperation Program and the 2023 National Arts Fund String Performance Talent Training Project.
Her students have won awards in competitions including the Hubei Golden Bianzhong Music Awards, with several admitted to top innovation talent programs, undergraduate innovation projects, and prestigious conservatories in China and abroad.
