She graduated from Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School, and completed her studies at Seoul National University College of Music as the top student of her class. She later graduated from the master’s program at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris with the highest distinction, unanimously awarded by the jury. She subsequently completed the Concert Artist Diploma program at the École Normale de Musique de Paris.

She has previously taught at Gyeonggi Arts High School, Sunhwa Arts High School, Daeweon Arts High School, Chugye University for the Arts, Ewha Womans University, and Sangmyung University.

At present, she remains active in the Korean music scene in multiple roles as performer, educator, and chamber music director.
