Since 2006, she has remained on the faculty of the Affiliated Middle School of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
During this period, she received the Outstanding Instructor Award from the Ministry of Culture and the Third Prize of the He Luting Foundation Award from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.

In recent years, she has given lectures and masterclasses at major national summer programs, including the Zhuhai International String Masterclass and the Qingdao International Violin Masterclass.

She has also served as a jury member for many domestic and international competitions, including the National Violin Concerto Competition in Qingdao, the Zhuhai Hengqin Cup National Violin Sonata Competition, the White Magnolia International Music Festival Violin Competition, Chinese Good Violin Sound, the Hummingbird Music Awards of the China Youth Competition, the Asian Arts Competition, and the Hong Kong International Violin Competition.
